Tropical Cyclone Alfred Curveball - Alfred May Slow Down And Impact SE QLD & NE NSW For Longer There's been a fairly significant change in some of the latest modelling of Alfred, with many models slowing down Alfred just as he approaches the coastline, and then possibly shifting N or N/NW over coastal areas of Southeast Queensland before finally moving westwards. Once again we're seeing more spread in the timing of a potential crossing to occur anywhere from Friday morning to as late as Saturday
